Youth Summer Camp Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - 2020504-26-2

Students will be taught to utilize a broad range of techniques from basic coordination drills, self-defense scenario training, and sport Jiu-Jitsu completion skills. Students will gain confidence and learn social skills as a team and as individuals. Students should wear athletic clothing free of any zippers, if possible, and bring a water bottle.

Jiu-Jitsu: This is combination class that host kids (ages 8-12) and teens (ages 13-15) during the class session.
