Adults Self-Defense Martial Arts (Ages 18+) - 1030505-26-B

Students will learn the fundamentals of several styles of martial arts. Precision, effective striking, takedowns, submissions will be taught in this class. There is a $50 uniform fee due at the first class meeting.
