Adults Self-Defense Martial Arts (Ages 15-17.99) - 3030505-25-A

Students will learn the fundamentals of several styles of martial arts. Precision, effective striking, takedowns, submissions will be taught in this class. Students should bring a water bottle. There is a $50 uniform fee due at the first class meeting.
