Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Adults (Ages 18+) - 3030504-A-25

Students will be taught to utilize a broad range of techniques from basic coordination drills, self-defense scenario training, and sport Jiu-Jitsu completion skills. Students will gain confidence and learn social skills as a team and as individuals. Students should wear athletic clothing free of any zippers if possible, and bring a water bottle.
