Gymnastics: This is a combination class that host kids (ages 6-12), teens (ages 13-17) during the class session.

This class will gently challenge the mind and body, it is designed to instill respect and character development through the safe and structured discipline of Traditional Karate. As students progress with self-defense skills, they will develop strength, coordination, reflexes, and confidence. Training will include basic blocks, strikes, kicks, and other skills up through orange belt. Belt testing is every three months. As students progress they will eventually test & move up into the Intermediate class (M/W 5:30 - 6:30pm) for more higher level training.

Classes are taught and overseen by Sensei Ty Aponte 6th deg. Black Belt Shotokan Karate.
There is a $60 uniform fee due after first month of training.

Students will learn how to de-escalate situations, verbally, physically, and mentally. Teens will learn how to defend from three main positions long, close, and ground range. The goal is for students to gain confidence. Students should bring a water bottle.

This class is offered for women that are looking to get in shape with useful movements that build confidence and endurance. Students will be learning footwork, leg strengthening, and eye hand coordination with punching bag. Students should bring a water bottle. Women’s Kick Boxing: This is a combination class that will host teens (ages 13-17) and adults (ages 18+) during the class session.

Training will include blocks, strikes, kicks, solo forms, and self-defense. The class will be safe, engaging, challenging and fun.
